It is my purpose to help to uplift and contribute to the healing of others. Together we will explore methods that are proven to be effective in managing difficult feelings and situations while promoting reflection to accomplish personal evolution. You don't have to face these struggles on your own. I also provides psychotherapy services to men and women who are wanting to find balance, reconnect with intimacy, live out their purpose and passion, and know the value of their voice. We all can learn to embrace the many seasons of life.
My approach is grounded in person centered principles and is driven by establishing a non-judgmental empathetic connection with clients. I specialize in offering collaborative based techniques that can help re-establish your mind-body connection. My personal beliefs align with affirming the LGBTQIA+ community & individuals from all ethic backgrounds.
