I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina and Texas. I graduated from North Carolina State University and I graduated in 2011 with my Master of Social Work degree. I have worked in the social work field for over 19-years and my career, is my life passion. I love working with people and sharing in their plight in this life. I am a therapist, that take pride in listening to your story. I believe that you are the expert, regarding things in your life. I have been known to work well with complicated situations and provide a calm to the storm.
I utilize a Person-Centered Approach , Brief Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method and the Humanistic Approach in my practice. These approaches will establish a basis for you to set-goals and assist you towards reaching your goals. I am a laid back therapist, that is a great listener, and has a non-judgmental zone within my practice. Get comfortable in your private space, and let us embark on this journey together.
