As a therapist, my approach is centred around talking therapy and exploring the deeper roots of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Rather than giving direct advice, my role is to help you understand yourself more clearly, so you can make decisions that feel right for you. We will work together to explore patterns, challenges, and underlying causes in a safe and supportive space. If you do ask for my opinion or perspective, I may share this to help guide reflection, but the focus will always remain on empowering you to make your own choices and build confidence in your own judgment.
Please Note: I work in a direct, honest way. I won’t sugar-coat things or offer vague reassurance. If you’re looking for depth, clarity, and real change, I’ll challenge you gently but clearly, help you spot patterns, and support you to take responsibility for your growth. This work is thoughtful, grounded, and practical, not fluffy, not performative, and always focused on what actually helps you move forward. Please consider this before choosing myself.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Krishna Ubhi. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I was quite nervous starting therapy at first, but that feeling didn’t last long at all. Krishna made me feel comfortable and at ease very quickly, even over video call, which I really appreciated.
She has a straight-talking approach that I found really refreshing. My sessions are honest, clear, and easy to understand, all while still being friendly and professional at the same time. I never feel judged, just supported.
My sessions feel personal and it’s been easy to connect with her that way. Overall, the sessions have genuinely helped me, and I’m really glad I took that first step.
