Kristen is warm, genuine, and accepting. In a world where we experience judgement and shame, it is wonderful to have therapists like Kristen. She has provided an anchor for my thoughts and helped me focus on what is most important to me. She offers perspective along with a good dose of “calling a duck a duck”. I highly recommend her.

Given my rural location, this was such a nice option at a time when I needed some support. And since my therapist lives in my state, we immediately had things in common. My therapist was easy to talk too and offered just what I needed.
