I LOVE that my therapist calls me out and keeps me honest. I need a practitioner who keeps me honest, and she’s the literal best as holding me accountable while still supporting me kindly.

Kristen is a great listener. She seems to know what I need to hear in a variety of instances. She follows up with me with additional content that is very helpful to read. I have felt super supported by Kristen!

Listens, reacts, evaluates, and helps process by taking notes. Also brings the conversation back to important information that was said, in order to give necessary advice while going more in-depth about the important topic. She shows she cares by checking up with a text. She lets me make my schedule. I'm happy to have her as a therapist.
