Kristi Lindley, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with personal issues, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, self esteem /body issues, grief, addictions & eating disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing or judgement labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution focused and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It's not easy putting yourself out there and being vulnerable enough to warrant change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Kristi is so wonderfully supportive and kind. I have struggled to find a therapist I felt that I could really connect with and I have found it with Kristi. She is great at helping me identify some of the thoughts my brain generates that aren't serving me and coming up with plans of action and steps to take on how to adjust my approach. A genuinely kind and caring person, I feel very lucky to have connected with Kristi.

I’ve had a lot of positive results following her suggestions. Kristi is really easy to talk to and had multiple angles of advice that I couldn’t see on my own.
