Kristi is awesome to work with. She is a great listener, patient, and is not judgmental. As soon as I explained my issues, she knew exactly what they were tied to and provided great explanations, examples, and worksheets to walk me through my problems. It wasn't a one-sided session with just me talking, she was active and provided goals and homework to help me better understand my struggle, get down to the root, and ultimately, begin the process of improving and healing. Thanks Kristi!

I've always struggled in therapy, but Kristi made me so comfortable! She's very knowledgeable and really works to help you out instead of just being a passive ear.

I have had only one session with Kristi and I am already raving about her to anyone who would listen. I don't feel judged or looked down upon. She makes me feel very comfortable opening up to her about anything. I can tell that she is very much invested in my mental health. I'm so glad that I have her as my counselor. I'd definitely rate her a 10/10!

Kristi is an amazing therapist. She is very present and attentive. She is also very educated and caring. She is sincere and wants her clients to “not just survive but thrive”. This is my third therapist, and I finally found the perfect one! She always responds to messages and journals very quickly. And she is willing to sort through ANYTHING with you. I absolutely love her!

Kristi was the best and exactly who I needed right now. She was very focused in giving me manageable steps to overcome personal challenges and overwhelm that were causing me to freeze and be depressed. She was also great at commenting on my journal entries promptly and working with me to find solutions. I highly recommend her!
