First I would like to say she has made me feel so welcome and like I'm family. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to make me feel comfortable enough to tell her anything, This was my first time talking with someone and it makes it so easy with her, she's amazing and I'm thankful for her.

Kristi has bee very helpful for me with figuring out my emotions and different feelings I have been having and not really understanding. She has given me some very helpful tools to help regulate those. I love that she doesn't make me feel rushed. When I am quiet in our sessions, I feel like she is giving me time to process but also helps keep the conversation with helpful suggestions or questions. She is really making a difference in my life by helping me understand what I'm feeling and why I'm feeling it.

Kristi is awesome to work with. She is a great listener, patient, and is not judgmental. As soon as I explained my issues, she knew exactly what they were tied to and provided great explanations, examples, and worksheets to walk me through my problems. It wasn't a one-sided session with just me talking, she was active and provided goals and homework to help me better understand my struggle, get down to the root, and ultimately, begin the process of improving and healing. Thanks Kristi!
