Kristin Lubs Eagle, LPC
About me
I am licensed in Michigan with 12 years of professional work experience. I employ a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing on the principles of CBT for addressing thought patterns and behaviors, EMDR for trauma processing, and TBRI for attachment-related concerns. My approach is client-centered, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. Together we will work together to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship, where we can explore and understand the root causes of issues, while providing practical tools for coping and healing.
