Kristin has been absolutely amazing in my therapy journey!! She is such an amazing listener, so patient and kind which makes opening up so much easier. Her personality creates a sort of comfort talking to her that feels like an old friend. She offers such a wide variety of resources and natural approaches for dealing with mental health, and the use of meditation has been so so helpful for me specifically.
