Kristina is a great therapist. Very attentive, takes notes, and really works to understand where you are coming from and how you can alter your behaviors to improve your life.

Kristina is amazing! I’ve tried many therapists, but she takes the most care to listen and demonstrate her understanding of my feelings.

I initially came to Kristina severely out of my comfort zone. A new job, new city, no friends in the new city yet, messy relationship, honestly, it just felt like everything had accumulated and she was able to really help me unpack, and gain a better perspective on how I can handle or approach these situations. She helped me walk through these problems and I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much!!
