About me
I believe every person deserves to tell their story and be heard by someone who is passionate about listening. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and free to share their experiences and allow me the opportunity to validate their inner emotional being without fear of judgment. I identify primarily as an existential-humanistic therapist with a focus on personal growth and empowerment allowing one to lead a fuller, more fulfilling life. Every single one of us has unmet potential just waiting to be unlocked to be shared with those around us.
I graduated from URI summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology and from RIC with a MSW and have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2018. I have worked mostly with adult and geriatric individuals in different settings, primarily inpatient psychiatric care. I tend to utilize parts of varying modalities to provide a tailor fitted approach to the person I’m working with... therapy is not one size fits all.
