Dr. Vaughan is the absolute best therapist I have ever had in my entire life. She is a great mentor, listener, and an extraordinary woman. I have learned more about myself in these past few months with her than I have my entire life. She gives you real advice and holds you accountable for your self-sabotage tendencies. She has taught me that me to live for MYSELF instead of others. I knew she was a keeper when I was literally sobbing over a video call with her when she made me tell myself "I love myself enough to give myself the permission to grow" until she saw that I believed it myself. The realest you could find in this field. Thank you Krystal.
