Kwesi McGill, LMSW
About me
I am a licensed clinician in the state of Michigan with over 18 years of professional and clinical experience supporting individuals through a variety of emotional and life challenges. I have experience helping clients manage stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also assist individuals in navigating difficult life transitions and adjusting to meaningful changes in relationships, health, or personal circumstances.
My therapeutic work is grounded in a person-centered approach, where I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for each client. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery when provided with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and build resilience.
A core focus of my practice is helping individuals discover their Pathway to Peace—a process of gaining clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. Together, we identify personal strengths, address challenges, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change and inner peace.
