I have been working with Kyle for two years. Very sad about him leaving the platform. But he’s made this experience absolutely wonderful for me. He is kind, caring, and really understands you. He asks you questions in a thought provoking manner, really helping you get to the bottom of things and gain a better understanding of why you feel how you do. This has been the safest place for me to work on myself. I am forever grateful for the help he has provided to me.

I have to be honest I was skeptical about BetterHelp and in addition, wasn’t sure about having a male therapist, but my sessions with Kyle have been amazing. I have seen many different therapists over the years and was struggling to find one who fit, but Kyle’s style so far is perfect for what I need. He’s kind, empathetic, and a really good listener. I feel heard in my sessions and appreciate the affirmation. I do a lot of self-introspection and talk psychology with friends, but I feel like I make more progress and am able to go deeper with Kyle — certain things start clicking and I see how pieces of the puzzle that make up my life are related. It’s really cool! And with that said, he isn’t like the other therapists that were giving me advice or their opinion on whatever is going on in my life. He lets me lead the way and we set goals for our sessions together - which really help me feel like I’m working towards something and will be able to soon see progress made. This is long - but to cut to the chase - yes, I would definitely recommend working with Kyle!
