About me

Welcome and hello! My Name is Kyle and I am an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I am also a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC) and school counselor. I have experience working with children as young as 5 thru adulthood. For more than 10 years I have worked in various settings with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, , relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, behavioral struggles, emotional difficulty and life transitions.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, solution-focused, mindfulness and motivational interviewing techniques when providing counseling to individuals. Most importantly I want to build a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with you, so that you feel empowered to make real change in your life. Everyone goes through struggles and challenges in life and I would be honored to come along beside you via Better Help to support you and help you grow. The power to change is within you.
You have taken the first next step in your journey to “get to a better place”. It takes courage and being vulnerable to step out and say “I need help” and that is perfectly ok. You are human and life is not meant to be done alone. Be proud of yourself for pursuing what you need. I look forward to being a part of your journey.

I've only been working with Kyle for a few months but so far I like the progress I am seeing. I hope to continue or therapy work long term.

I've had about 4 (I think) sessions with Kyle now and the first session I had with him, he made me realize so much about myself and what I was dealing with that I did not even know myself. He not only recognized what I was going through, but he was also supportive in ways such as encouragement, challenging me, providing information whether it was from his knowledge, life experience/expertise, or even topics I could have searched online (even though I did not know what to search for) but he did it for me anyway. I've never had someone made me realize things about myself in such a short period. Yes, it could be different with everyone and their milestone but I was eager to get to the bottom of my emotions and how to better myself and Kyle helped me with that. I believe that if you are someone who knows and wants to put an effort to become better than the person you were yesterday and you need guidance and support, Kyle is the person for you. Thank you so much for all that you for me, I appreciate it!
