With over 8 years’ experience, I have worked with diverse clients from children to elderly, experiencing a wide range of issues, including drugs and alcohol addictions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, relationship issues, and a broad spectrum of mental illness. I have worked across various setting, including clinic, out-patient, in-home, community, and within school settings.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing technique (MIT), Solution-focused therapy models to provide empathetic, supportive and yet directive, counseling style to empower clients to explore and resolve ambivalence and enhance motivation for positive change in their life.
According to your needs, we may use different interventions and also use play therapy, art, music, meditation, and more to aid in bringing about that change to yield optimum results to best serve you.
My role as Counselor is to guide you to take a closer look at your thoughts, feelings, and actions, while walk along side with you on your journey of positive changes. I look forward to helping you in the best ways I can!
