To Thine Own Self Be True! Your emotional well being is a vital part of being productive and living a well balanced life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a life long passion for helping others. I have provided services to youth and adults for over 20 years and I specialize in anger management, depression, family and intimate relationship issues, anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, and behavior modification. I utilize the cognitive behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches to create mindfulness awareness for my clients to address their current thought processes. I also specialize in trauma informed therapy that is needed in every community. The goal is to assist each individual to develop positive thinking in order to reach productive and healthy thought patterns, actions and decisions. My therapy style is supportive and compassionate while being direct and challenging at times.

I've seen LaDawna for a few sessions now, and she is the best therapist I've ever worked with! She is a calming and comforting presence and I felt at ease just a few minutes into the first session (Which says a lot because I was so nervous for my first session!) She is able to incorporate helpful tools and exercises and she also sends out great positive quotes and affirmations. I would 100% recommend LaDawna!
