I've seen LaDawna for a few sessions now, and she is the best therapist I've ever worked with! She is a calming and comforting presence and I felt at ease just a few minutes into the first session (Which says a lot because I was so nervous for my first session!) She is able to incorporate helpful tools and exercises and she also sends out great positive quotes and affirmations. I would 100% recommend LaDawna!

I seriously can't think of one negative thing about working with LaDawna. I love the way she puts things into perspective, I feel heard & understood but I still feel like she does a great job of bringing me back down to earth when my thoughts start to spiral or I start thinking in extremes. She doesn't let me get too distracted, she helps me get to the root of the problem instead of just letting me ramble about unrelated factors. The "homework" she gives me feels very personal and specific to what I'm working through, it challenges me to turn inward, change my perspective, and break down problems into bite size pieces. She's helped me build effective tools and is helping me break disruptive habits/thoughts. Honestly, just wonderful energy all around.

Miss LaDawna is a strong , thoughtful , compassionate woman who seems to put her heart into her work. I’ve only had 3 sessions with her but I already feel as though she’s created a safe space for me and cares about what I have to say. LaDawna has already given me tools and new perspectives to implement into my every day life and I very much look forward to the growth that will come from participating in her sessions.
