Dr. Woods is an amazing and compassionate therapist. When I first began therapy I didn’t know what to expect but my experience with Dr. Woods exceeded my expectations. She is wonderful at listening and will remember small details about you. She constantly challenges me to think about things in a new way and pushes me to try new strategies to tackle my problems. Almost every session she takes time to make a game plan with me about how to go into my week and it is always so helpful. Through our sessions I have learned so much about myself and my relationships and I have seen so much personal growth. She has helped me navigate through so many moments in my life and gave me the confidence to know I could do so. I will always be grateful to Dr. Woods and refer her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Woods is a wonderful counselor. She remembers details we have discussed in past sessions, and she offers compassionate listening as well. Dr. Woods challenges me to think differently about difficult circumstances and also offers ways to help me manage difficulties. It is hard work and I feel I have so far to go, but I look forward to the growth that will continue to take place with Dr. Woods’ help.

She is very organized and good at helping when I know I need help but I don't know where to start. It is an incredibly overwhelming process and it's so nice to have someone to help.
