I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Virginia with over 10 years of experience as a counselor. I have worked with individuals with a wide variety of concerns that include: depression, anxiety, autism, adoption/foster care, anger management, life changes, and much more.

My counseling style is warm and genuine. The counseling relationship I find most effective is collaborative as feedback and your perspective is very important in finding out which counseling interventions are most helpful to you. I demonstrate respect and support for diverse thoughts and opinions and my goal is to support you in reaching your own goals.
