About me

Has life thrown you a curve ball? Are you having issues at school, home, work or in meaningful relationships? Have you noticed that you now feel angry, stressed, depressed, anxious or unmotivated? We all go through the challenges of life and often it is difficult to cope on our own. You need an empathetic, supportive and non-judgmental professional to share your concerns with. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to receive unconditional support and a place to be heard and understood. I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field in addition to 2 years as a clinician working with clients with addictions.
In my clinical work, I focus on the use of psychotherapy to treat a various of issues including behavioral and relationship issues, self-esteem, peer pressure, grief and loss, anger management and stress. I believe with my clinical training and passion for personal growth, along with your dedication to therapy, we can work together to achieve wholeness. My therapeutic approach is both collaborative and eclectic; providing a variety of interactive therapeutic techniques and methods to meet the needs of my clients. My hope is that you gain self-awareness, self-esteem, empowerment, clarity and healing.
