Lataya Hall, LMHC
About me
Welcome!
I’m Lataya Hall, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist, educator, and author with a deep passion for helping individuals and families find healing, strength, and restoration.
With over 20 years of combined experience in education, counseling, and community engagement, I take a holistic, faith-sensitive, and culturally responsive approach. This is because healing often involves the interconnection of the mind, body, spirit, and community. I believe that therapy should be a safe and empowering space where individuals feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to healing, wholeness, and hope. I use various modalities, with the main ones including: CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, systemic family therapy, and humanistic therapy.
