I've been in and out of therapy for a long time. Tonya has been one of the best therapists I've had the experience of talking with. She's gets me thinking about things in ways I wouldn't normally. Things I'll think about til my next visit. I appreciate her outlook and genuinely feel like she's trying to make me a better person. ALSO, I've only seen her for 4 or 5 visits now. She made more progress with me these past 4 visits than my last one in a year of therapy.
