I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience working with clients who are managing various mental health and addiction concerns but I have extensive experience in addiction and suicide interventions. I have worked with a wide range of clients to help them with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and important life changing events. I value individual therapy but I also think it's important to assist my clients in developing additional treatment supports that consist of individuals or groups who are helpful and encouraging and can support my clients as they reach their goals.
I use a combination of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients clarify their goals and work toward contentment, happiness, and better relationships.
I am kind and compassionate but also honest and direct. I encourage my clients to draw on periods of success.
I look forward to helping you towards your full potential.

I’ll continue to say I wouldn’t be where I am without Laura. She’s been a steady and healing spot in a rough last two years. I’m very grateful for her and BetterHelp.
