About me
Hello, my pronouns are she/her. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This means I'm trained to look for the many factors that can affect a you, and not just focus on a disease. I've worked with individuals who are dealing with depression, bereavement, end of life, compassion fatigue, and relationship issues. I use my compassion, experience, training, and faith to help others. I also use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Modeling as needed.
I've worked in counseling, hospice, and hospitals. I received my Master's in Social Work from Boise State University. I'm a spouse, Christian, Ally, outdoors woman, animal lover, and avid reader. Laura is amazing and super professional. She’s very easy to talk to and communicate very well and answers whenever she can. She’s very understanding and very empathetic. All of my sessions I’ve had with her she makes it very calm, safe environment and gives you as much support as she can. Overall, one of the best therapist I’ve ever been to.
