Laura Craven, LMHC
About me
I am a licensed therapist in Florida with over seven years of professional experience supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, family conflict, and LGBTQ+–related concerns. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are in your journey.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work to better understand patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthy coping strategies, and build skills that support long-term emotional well-being and personal growth.
I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, empathy, and authenticity. Seeking support takes courage, and choosing to invest in yourself is a powerful step toward creating meaningful change. Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply looking to gain greater clarity and balance in your life, I am here to listen, guide, and support you every step of the way.
You do not have to face this process alone. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and confident as you move toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
