About me
I am a marriage and family therapist who has been providing clinical care for over 15 years. I have worked with individuals, couples, families in all populations of people. I am able to work with people in all areas of mental health (anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, body image, bi-polar, family conflict/resolution, couple's counseling, etc.)
My therapy style of solution focused and narrative in nature, as I like to hear people's stories and how they have come to where they are currently. I have experience in using EMDR and other therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, emotionally focused, solution-focused, Bowenian, structured, etc.).
