Laura Ward
About me
Hello, I’d like to introduce myself.
My name is Laura and I am credentialed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience.
I believe that no one is exempt from life’s ups and downs, and these experiences can often be complicated, leaving us feeling stuck.
I support clients to heal, experience change and to help explore what you are going through at your own pace. If you feel ready, I would be honoured to help.
I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
Much of my work supports clients with emotional abuse, issues with self worth, depression, anxiety, connection, identify and self esteem.
I support clients to understand how distressing life events and generational patterns influence our thoughts and perceptions of the world, as well as navigating the grief cycle following a loss.
I also have had experiences with lots of children and family’s on the spectrum of adhd and autism - helping them with my warm and deeply empathic approach, my goal is to meet where you are. I strive to create a non- judgemental and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
My aim in the sessions is to allow you to be you, in a space that is nourishing and encourages you to become more self aware and take the steps needed to become the most authentic version of yourself.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Together we can work towards building resilience, fostering self compassion, and creating lasting change.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I look forward to working with you on your journey towards a greater well being and fulfilment.
remember you are not alone in this.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Laura Ward. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Therapy sessions with Laura have felt constructive. She listens well and brings up different points or angles for me to consider, that I may not have immediately thought of myself. She provides a great balance of positive reinforcement and constructive feedback that feels easy to receive. She has also created a safe environment that makes me feel comfortable to open up and be raw with how I’m feeling.
