Through my 16 plus years of experience, I have learned the most important aspect of therapy starts with making a connection. My approach is warm and engaging while utilizing several different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and ADHD.
