I bring compassion and curiosity to sessions and want to find the path that will fit best for you as an individual. I often utilize EMDR (research based therapeutic approach to resolve trauma and difficulties), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma informed therapies in my sessions to take into account all aspects of what it means to be uniquely you.
