I am a marriage and family therapist with 5 years of experience working in private practice. I have worked with clients to identify healthier relationship dynamics, improved communication tools, and a more positive outlook on their relationships. Additionally, I have helped individuals work through anxiety, depression, and grief.
I became a therapist to give people an opportunity to feel confident when navigating the roller coaster of life. Sometimes we receive curveballs and don’t quite know what to do about it—therapy can give you an unbiased, informed perspective to create a path forward.
Taking the step to talk to a therapist is a huge one! You should be proud of yourself for even looking. The next step is finding the right fit, I would love to talk with you more to see if I am that person.

Dr. Bowman is the best therapist I have ever had! She is wonderful at listening and validating concerns put forward, and I could tell that she cared, but also helped me feel like I was not alone and the things I was going through. She has an excellent way of bringing medical psychology advice in so I could understand parts of what I was working through in a deeper way. But also followed that up with action steps, and concrete ways for me to help navigate the world. She would even help with things such as sentence starters I could use in my relationships, or self talk I could do mentally, so she has a lot of great tools that were very helpful. She is really willing to work out good scheduling with you. I highly recommend her! She is an excellent therapist!
