I was apprehensive about online therapy, wondering if I could actually connect and feel heard. Lauren blew those fears away immediately, the amount of knowledge, compassion and genuine concern from her is evident in each session. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have hope and real support.

I’ve tried a few different therapists, both in person and online. In the past, I walked out of therapy sessions filled with questions, unease, and just more negative emotions than before I went in. However, with Lauren, we talk through things and I feel heard. She offers support as well as some constructive feedback or suggestions. I end our sessions with things that I think about, but never in a drowning sadness like other therapy experiences. I always look forward to my sessions, and I walk out feeling a like some weight is lifted.
