About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Western New York with 19 years experience. I graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Masters Degree in Social Work. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings . I have worked with many individuals who experience anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family conflict, and adjusting to life changes.

I utilize a client centered and trauma informed approach to therapy and offer a warm and non-judgmental space . I work with each client as individual and strive to help them identify their goals and be a support through their own journey of self-exploration and healing. Each individual has their own story and reason for seeking support at this time in their lives and I look forward to working with you!

Lauren listens to me and tries to figure out solutions for what I shared with her. She is very kind and offers no judgments
