Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lauren Isen Spencer. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Lauren is kind, trauma informed and works consistently to get to know her client and build a relationship rather than being another caseload. She is a professional friend. After several sessions I could see she’d gotten to know me enough to help guide some of my symptoms/worries into productive thoughts, habits and encouragement. I am better off having had Lauren as my therapist.

I wasn't sure about telephone sessions & because of my history, l hated starting over, but she made me very comfortable & understood. I can tell she has experience counseling my issues. I am grateful for her, her technique & care!!!
