Lauren Jeevanjee, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the relational patterns that often accompany them—including attachment concerns, communication struggles, loss, and intimacy issues.
I specialize in supporting women as they work toward greater self-love, self-esteem, and clarity around life purpose. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients process feelings of abandonment, isolation, and loneliness, while also addressing the compassion fatigue that can arise when we give so much of ourselves to others.
My approach is grounded in warmth and genuine care. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you're working through panic, control patterns, or the deeper work of forgiveness and self-acceptance, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and skill.
I'm honored you're taking this step toward growth, and I look forward to supporting your journey.
