I know asking for help is not always the easiest thing to do and I seek to honor the effort it takes to stretch, grow, change and open yourself up in order to reach out. I love working with families, couples and individuals alike. I am a well seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience helping others with many and varied challenges in their lives. As a Family Therapist, I believe life is all about relationships and connection and this gives me a unique and valuable perspective most individual therapists may not have. I have experience helping people recover from trauma, deal with grief and loss and restore broken relationships. I specialize in helping clients work toward life balance, working from wherever they are to wherever they want to be. I am authentic, non-judgmental, honest, hilarious (or at least I think I am), and look forward to helping you on your journey.
I will be available to work with you on Monday through Friday (I take Saturdays and Sundays off) via live chat, asynchronous texting, phone or video. I currently live and travel in my small motorhome in the West and Southwest so my time zone may be a bit different than yours, which is often advantageous. I grew up in California (please don't hold that against me as I left as soon as I could) and I have lived in WI, UT, AZ, GA and Alaska (at the Top of the World in Barrow).
I look forward to speaking with you.

I greatly appreciate her listening & validating my side of story. I felt supported & I was grateful to have someone who I can trust.
Lauren has been a great therapist for me over the last 5 months. I feel comfortable talking to her, she remembers the details in between sessions and has really helped me understand my thought process and take control of my mental health. She's also provided me with some useful tools to work with when I'm not feeling so great. We typically speak weekly and it's been invaluable.
Lauren is empathetic without judging. She makes you feel very comfortable and checks in periodically. She provides tactics to help instead of just being a listening ear. It’s clear that helping others is in her DNA. And she laughs at my jokes sometimes.. bonus is that her laugh is genuine.
Lauren Kelly is fantastic! She really listens to all of needs and concerns, and then comes up with a game plan on how to execute it. Lauren often checks in on my during sessions, which I think is super awesome and courteous. She shows genuine concern and care for me. I really appreciate you, Lauren Kelly!
Lauren has a very good way of putting things into perspective and bringing my ideas back around full circle when ever I tend to go off on tangents. She has a very patient nature and she checks in with me!
I have really enjoyed working with Lauren! She is easy going and laughs at the right times with me. I love her open nature and advice she has given me to get through this tough time.
