Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lauren Parlow. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Lauren is truly incredible. She is more than knowledgeable and her passion for helping others is evident. Lauren respectfully listens and provides useful advice. She’s relatable and sharing some of her own experiences makes it easy to open up to her. Lauren uses a lot of visuals that are super simple yet greatly impactful. instead of trying to remember a bunch of words or phrases, she put them into diagrams and drawings which leaves a visual imprint in my mind. it’s much harder to forget these concepts when there’s an image attached to it. All in all, she’s the reason I’m actually sticking to therapy. I think everyone deserves to experience a therapist like Lauren.
