Laurie Aldrich, LMFT
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. I'm particularly passionate about helping people strengthen their communication skills, explore their life purpose, and build healthier connections with themselves and others. I'm here to help you move forward with compassion and dedication, and I look forward to working with you soon!
I specialize in working with women on issues including body image, attachment issues, and the unique transitions of pregnancy and childbirth. I support individuals with family conflict, building greater self-esteem, and confidence. additionally, I have a soft spot for working with parents of autism and special-needs children, and I'd be happy to help walk you through moments of compassion fatigue!
My approach is collaborative and grounded in understanding each person's unique story. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard and supported.
Taking the steps to seek therapy is a huge act of courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
