One of the best feelings in the world is to be completely understood. All of our hopes, dreams, judgements, needs and faults. I became a therapist to heal the core problems of relational trauma and support situational symptoms. My hope for all clients is to have complete clarity in understanding their journey between their Thoughts, Behaviors and Personal Values.
Healing starts with awareness. I specialize in the process to develop understanding through awareness. Once understanding is established, We take action that is committed and believable. The results make us feel like adults and cultivates honesty, self esteem, action and helps sustain motivation even when we dont feel like trying. Sometimes in life we need Ugly Victories and avoid pretty defeats.
