About me

I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and significant life changes, helping them rebuild self-esteem and find meaning during difficult seasons.

My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding. I specialize in addressing isolation, loneliness, guilt, shame, and codependency patterns. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients explore their sense of purpose, work through control issues, and navigate women's experiences with sensitivity and care.

I'm honored to work with LGBTQ+ clients, older adults, and those seeking a secular, non-religious therapeutic space. I bring genuine warmth and attunement to our work together, recognizing that compassion fatigue and burnout are real challenges many face.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you lead, and I support. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you discover your own wisdom and resilience. If you're ready to take that first step, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and respect.
