She is attentive and open to discovering different themes that you may have not identified as areas of concern for yourself!
I am enjoying working with Leah. She is full of great resources in addition to listening well and identifying areas of awareness for me.
Leah is so kind and friendly and quickly understands what I'm trying to say and the problems I'm having! I was a bit nervous about our first call but she instantly put me at ease with her calm and friendly demeanour and we had a laugh at some things!
Leah was great to work with. Within just a few sessions my partner and I have made so much progress. Would recommend.
Leah is an awesome individual, she takes what you say and creates a plan and gives you meaningful things to read/do to help yourself. If you’re willing to be open minded she is awesome. Would totally recommend someone to her.
Leah expresses true interest in figuring out who I am and what it is that I need. She doesn't apply a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but , rather, explores issues and then uses the most appropriate methodology to address them. I really appreciate that she is able to incorporate a spiritual aspect into her counseling. I feel like Leah cares about me and about helping me grow. To put it in a Rogerian framework, she shows congruence, unconditional positive regard, and empathy. I highly recommend her.
Leah has been tremendously helpful in helping me navigate my mental well being. She is open and easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable to share my concerns.
