By signing up for therapy, you're already moving in a courageous and positive direction. Our lives and our world are peppered with anxieties, loss and periods of time when we feel our circumstances are insurmountable. I approach therapy with warmth and collaboration to help you move forward with confidence and a sense of wholeness. I have more than ten years of experience in a variety of therapeutic settings including outpatient and online therapy, working with adults from all walks of life.
I specialize in anxiety disorders, women's issues, interpersonal challenges and stress reduction. I am passionate about helping you find your identity and self-worth so you'll be able to succeed in every aspect of your life and find healing.
