So far my sessions have been very useful, Leanne is very educated and compassionate when we speak about issues. She gives me work to do after the sessions which have been useful as well to practice putting things in place.

Leanne has helped me massively over the sessions we’ve had so far. For the first time in my life, I feel listened to and supported, and I’ve learned how to look at things from a new perspective.

I came to therapy initially as felt my mental and emotional health could improve by letting go of long standing and even ancestral baggage however the method of how I could do this eluded me all my life. I was troubled by rumination, felt at the mercy of my emotional reactions, felt burnout through lack of self care and boundaries, held a lot of resentment towards my family and just felt numb to life's joys. I had been seeking help since my late twenties but never seemed to be able to find a therapist who could really help me with this. Leanne is very insightful, empathic and kind. She creates a space where healing can occur and profound shifts can take place. I have grown so much this year, I am no long troubled by rumination, can process my emotions and feel more empowered at work and in life. I still have work to do to get to feeling joy on a regular basis but the letting go of having a troubled mind is a major step in the right direction. I am committed to continuing to work with Leanne to find a path to feeling really alive and contented within myself and I am optimistic that I can get there.

Leanne is an extreme empathic person. She ex extreme quick and confident in helping me to reveal hidden patterns and beliefsystems. She cares for the people that are asking for her help and will walk by your side - no matter what. I am extremly grateful that I work with her and can find more clarity about my own trauma and past - to work through my patterns and gain more confidence and compassion for my path.
