Lee Biggins, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adults, youth and families contending with emotional and behavioral challenges. My work centers on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma with compassion and clarity with use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while working collaboratively toward meaningful change at your own pace. My focus in practice is teaching new skills that can be used long after our work together ends.
I'm committed to honoring diverse perspectives and identities. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing current stress, or seeking support during a difficult life transition, I'm here to help you move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you in your journey to increased wellness.
