About me

I’m a UK-based psychotherapist with over five years of experience helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. I support adults with PTSD, CPTSD, and the lasting impact of childhood or sexual trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s really going on without judgment. But this isn’t just a space to talk. I use practical, evidence-based strategies to help you heal from trauma, recover from narcissistic abuse, manage anxiety and depression, improve relationships, regulate emotions, and build confidence and resilience.

Clients often come to me feeling stuck and leave feeling stronger, more in control, and more connected to themselves and their lives.

I get results for clients, and I’m here to help you heal from the past, feel better in the present, and move confidently toward a future that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Reaching out takes courage. If you’re ready for change, I’m ready to help you get there.

Lee is kind, understanding and refreshingly pragmatic. He has helped me in ways that previous therapists have been unable to do.

I love working with Lee. It feels like I have a good connection with him. He offers me support and I just enjoy talking to him.
He can explain things to me and urges me too take a look at things I might don’t want to look at but need to in order to have a progression.

Lee has been amazing, so supportive and honest with me, which is what I want. He's helped me cope with processing past trauma and given me strategies on how to handle flashbacks and more. He's incredible and always goes above and beyond to support his clients, genuinely such a great person and therapist. Thank you Lee
