About me

I am a UK-based psychotherapist with over five years’ experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, and other emotional challenges.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Some are struggling with recent life events, while others are dealing with patterns that have affected them for many years. I also have particular experience supporting people affected by childhood trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, complex PTSD, grief, and narcissistic or coercive relationships.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing at a pace that feels right for you.

Alongside emotional support and exploration, I integrate trauma-informed CBT, relational approaches, and practical strategies to help clients manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve boundaries, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Clients often tell me they leave therapy feeling calmer, clearer in their thinking, more emotionally resilient, and better able to understand themselves and their relationships.

Therapy is not about fixing what is wrong with you. It is about understanding what has shaped you, recognising your strengths, and helping you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

Reaching out can feel difficult, especially when you have been carrying things alone. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin where you are and work through things together.

Amazing therapist, listens to you and gives you all the time to express your worries, and helps you through all your issues. I find it very easy to talk to him openly
