About me

I am licensed in Tennessee with 5 years of professional work experience. I received my MSW from The University of Southern California. I have worked with children, youth, adults and families in several settings. I have been trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and ADHD. I most enjoy working with individuals who may be struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

She listens. That might sound like an obvious because she's a therapist, but you can tell she is listening to you and not just formulating some answer in her head while you talk. She has helped me look at things in a different way and be kinder to myself.
