About me

HELLO!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama (LPC) and I have been working in the counseling field since 2016. I have experience conducting individual, family and group therapy, in-office and online, both residential and outpatient settings. I provide services for a wide range of areas that may negatively impact the quality of our lives including grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance abuse.

I mostly tend to draw from the reality therapy approach when in a therapeutic relationship. This approach goes beyond just talking about the issue;  it helps people take control of improving their own lives by learning to make better choices. My focus to help find real, meaningful solutions to create the change they are looking for. I believe that, regardless of the issue you are struggling with, we can work together to make your life substantially better.

Reaching out is often difficult. I'm so excited to be part of your step towards healing. I look forward to working with you.
You can also visit me on www.btctherapy.org and follow on social media.
