My name is Leslie Belt and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. I am licensed in Missouri and Tennessee. I take a Cognitive Behavioral approach utilizing evidence based treatment. I am trained in EMDR and have had much success working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have experience working with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and much more. I try to always meet my clients where they are in their stage of change and believe in creating meaningful and manageable goals. It takes a great deal of strength to ask for help and I strive to build on that strength to create lasting change for each individual I work with.
