About me
Greetings
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC, I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, & bipolar disorder. My approach to counseling is to use existentialism to assist the client in reaching their journey with the accountability and acceptance that they are unique and powerful. By using a collaboration of tools, the individual is able to discover a pathway that requires hard work, but freedom in knowing that each step is celebrated. I value my client's journey as it is what has created their character, it is my desire to assist them to live life with purpose using their journey to succeed.
