Leslie Quigley, LPCC
About me
Empathic, person-centered clinical therapist grounded in a positive, strengths-based approach. I work with early adolescents, teenagers, adults, and individuals 50 plus. Scope of practice includes individual therapy, couples counseling, relationship therapy, and family counseling.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, panic, addiction, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, and other unwelcome, unexpected life changes.
My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in cultural competence, informed by ethnic and racial identification, sexual understanding, and religion or spiritual traditions, to build coping skills and tools to process painful emotions, and develop acceptance of life’s realities.
Therapy works best with genuine connection and trust. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and walk with you toward meaningful change, to ‘live your best life.’
